Bahrain: An Alcohol Ban – And Then?

Bahraini blogger The Dude fears for the consequences of an alcohol ban, as proposed by Bahrain's MPs.

    Alcohol is legal in Bahrain but drinking alcohol in public is illegal.
    There are many pubs and restaurants where alcohol is available.
    You should not be drunk in public and the worst thing is drink and drive. Never do this or you will go to court and pay a huge fine if police stop you.
