India: Showcasing Photo Theft

Sans Serif highlights a Flickr group called Indian Copyright Laws that has sprung up to showcase the work of individuals which have been used by different mainstream media and websites without taking permission of the photographer, a growing phenomenon in India.

  • Thanks for the Blog. I’m glad to see the group effort i’ve started is paying off. Please report all instances of copyright infringement to this group and upload detailed images and info on flickr. Lets have this up as a collective repository of humiliation for people who manage to get away with things simply because they can.
