Ecuador: Cell Phone Robberies in Quito

The younger brother of Andrés Rodríguez of Modestamente Humano [es] was robbed of his cell phone outside of his school in Quito, Ecuador. Unfortunately, the insecurity is so common that many have similar stories to tell.
