    Croatia should be allowed in NATO now. Greece and Turkey have border issues and Cyprus but neither tried to use border issues to try to stop the other from joining NATO. Slovenia is chartering an unprecedented course via the referendum on Croatia and should withdraw the referendum so Croatia won’t be blocked from NATO.
