Canada: Rally Threatens Jewish Students at York University

An anti-Israel rally at York University in Toronto, Canada forced Jewish students to flee for cover. Threatening cries included: “Die, Jew, get the hell off campus,” and “Die… go back to Israel,” Jewlicious reports.

Quite by accident I came across this story. I am a former student at York University…close to 30 years ago! This is absolutely disgraceful conduct. Both an abhoration to the University as well as to conduct unbecoming seemingly intelligent people. This is the activity of thugs. There are three sides to every story…my side, your side and the truth. People will not always agree. However, with riot like intimidation and the actions of idiots there can be no sensible, constructive dialogue. This is not the Canada I want to see. Many people leave their countries to get away from such garbage and there should be no room here in Canada for such conduct. At a university I would expect more sense. Has higher education taught these thugs nothing? Perhaps the strike went on too long and the fools had too much time on their hands. Pathetic, shameful, childish and irresponsible behavior.

I was there when this rally took place the reason they kick out people was because they were not students at the school and they were holding a loud rally in the middle of vari hall, I personally did not hear any threats being made and there was people all over the place recording it, I believe its posted on youtube.
