Corruption in the Philippines

Rebelmind comments on the recent scuffle between World Bank officials and the Philippine government on the issue of corruption. “Whom to believe… is a no-brainer. It’s not that the World Bank is a bastion of integrity (usurers are not saints, right?); it’s just that the dollars used for the projects are its own.”

    i don’t know more information about the corruption.my teacher wants me to find it in google. i think every countries on over the world also have this problem.it’s very difficult to solve it.
    In my country, the PMU 18 was very famous. i hope that the Vietnamese Government could deal with equilibrium.

    Corruption is seen everywhere in the Philippines. The most prominent are high government officials and politicians who cloth themselves clean but deep inside them are burning desire for more power… Advocate for change… STart it right now before its too late…
