    I am writing an essay “should all citizens enjoy exactly the same rights”

    My central arguement is how that I, a citizen of the UK, can enjoy my rights whereas a citizen of Africa can’t enjoy the same rights as me due to the economic divide.

    My obligations to my state also wouldn’t be the same.

    I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts on this?
