The speculating bankers in USA created the global economic crisis and the entire banking industry should be nationalized. All foreclosures should be halted for 6 months and if all bank pension benefits and healthcare benefits should be halted for 6 months during this global depression. FDR would have thrown these corporate scoundrels in jail and started a national service program putting everyone back to work.
