My comment is how badly I was treated when i had inadvertently let the mouse slip from june to july on my booking .On checking this I got in touch right away but was told to ring next day which I did .Now I am told I will have to pay another £30 odd pound for this simple error .This is not a long haul flight and I know it was not booked up .No inconvenience to your company. The flight was for a weekend in june but as was stated the mouse slipped to july for the return date .Such a simple error .I am incensed at having to pay this as I tried to rectify it as soon as possible. This flight is not booked up and I am at a loss to see why it should involve more money
In February SkyEurope company has cancelled the flight Manchester-Birmingham on July 19, which I booked and prepaid on January 4. On March 23-rd I asked SkyEurope for refund in the amount of EUR 137.00. On May 7-th the Reservation Agent informed me that they have processed my refund request, it was forwarded to the financial department on April 15-th and the refundable amount will be credited back to my card account within the next 4-6 weeks. Nobody contacted me since that time and they are nor replying for my further complaints. THEY ARE REALLY IN BIG FINANCIAL TROUBLE!
I experienced a similar sitaution when I asked for a refund it took them about 8 months to process it but I am glad to report they did pay up eventually this May. It is true they appear to be in serious financial trouble and although I enjoyed a previous flight with them I would be a bit wary of booking again given their precarious position.
