Correction… you seem to communicate that they are singing at the actual inauguration itself. Kenyanpoet does not say this. It is much more likely that they are performing somewhere in DC that day or day before/after the actual event itself, and not in the same location, but some other venue. I myself and siblings of mine have done performances at Bush’s and Clinton’s inauguration, it does not mean you are doing it at the actual inauguration itself. Just doing something, somewhere, sometime close to that space and around that time.
