Can anyone tell me how scammers from Cameroon have worked in the past through real estate negotiations? I have had someone contact me (whos said he is Australian but sounds a lot like someone from Cameroon) and, jus as in the post from Andrea, he seems to eager to buy my property and to part with his money, and he also offered to travel almost immediately. What is their method? I wonder what spets they follow in order to obtain a benefit though these actions.
To sell to Cameroon do you need OHada certification I have a man that wants to buy some things from my co. and said we requir OHAda CERTIFICATION tHIS COSTS SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO GET PAID TO AN ATTORNEY IN Cameroon.
