Turks & Caicos, Bermuda, Anguilla: No Confidence

The current administration of the Turks & Caicos Islands has been faced with corruption allegations, sparking an independent inquiry by the United Kingdom. Bermudian blogger Vexed Bermoothes has been following the situation closely and posts an interesting update, while Corruption-free Anguilla adds: “The breaking news is that it may be curtains for Premier Michael Misick. His parliamentary colleagues are abandoning him en masse.”

I can’t believe how weak everyone is to ‘abandon ship’ when faced with tough allegations. Knock it off. I feel like I have more of a back bone than any of these ridiculous ‘parliamentary colleagues’ Let me say The season is coming and I don’t think we would travel with out Michal Misick as the jet set leader! I was able to run across him, not even knowing who he was, during my trip to the Turks and Caico at 7 Stars. He made my experience very VIP and very celebrity as it were. Have some backbone and support the man who has brought YOUR country our tourist support, or are you trying to kick us out?
