Rwanda's ‘colonization’ of Congo

Alex Engwete [Fr] on recent talks in Goma between Congolese and Rwandan officials: “Let's not kid ourselves.  ‘Normalization’ is nothing less than Rwanda's implicit colonization of Congo.”
