DR of Congo: No Rangers Reported Dead

It seems all rangers in the Democratic Republic of Congo are safe: “There is still a lot of confusion and misinformation regarding our Rangers who were at Rumangabo HQ 8 days ago who we have not yet managed to locate. Some remained at Rumangabo, some fled to Goma, and some traveled north towards Rutshuru and Kiwanja.”
