It made me wish I knew Japanese better. I tried to use google translate but I couldn’t understand what the 10 points were. It seems to me that those 10 points would be useful to everyone.

I suggest trying something other than Google, Google Translate is notoriously bad for Japanese. Try this excite translation instead.
