Iran: A conservative site was filtered

Alef, an Iranian conservative site, was filtered a few days ago. Several sites and blogs report that Alef site has published Iranian Minister of Interior's “fake” Ph.D certificate from Oxford where you can find many mistakes in English.

    The Iranian government filters a lot of seemingly conservative, or pious Shia, blogs–it’s a strange phenomenon that doesn’t have a clear explanation. At least this one has a specific reason to attach to it.
