when you want to start an advertising in nigeria,you must be concious of the following;know your aim of starting this advertising company,try and register with the association of advertising practisioner of nigeria[AAPN],Know the kind of employers you are employing to go out and look for clients,and also try and use the media to know more about your company.The up and down are rare in the sense that you know your aim and objectives.It is profit motives through commission goting from the cliets or media and one of the disadvantages is that without you going out to look for clients,you may end up using your last swet to pay to your lasy workers.
