China: Online Voices Aren't Everything

Graham Webster from Transpacifica stresses that online voices doesn't represent laobaixing's voices in China despite its large population.

    Some Taiwanese bloggers
    estimated some figures according to information from MIC etc and pointed out that even bloggers doesn’t represent netizens and most netizens wont post any comment on blog .

    it seems most of bloggers are highly educated

    PS i really confused the meaning of laobaixing’s for ten mins !
