China: Flawless Girl at the Olympic Opening?

China Digital Times translated an interview with Chen Qigang, the General Music Designer of the Opening Ceremony, who revealed that the that the voice everyone heard singing at the Opening Ceremony was actually a pre-recording of another child.

    The next thing we’ll discover is that the little boy who walked with Yao Ming during the Parade of Nations wasn’t from the Sichuan earthquake zone and is actually the grandson of a Politburo member in Beijing. (That might explain why he held his little China flag upside down!)

  • I have read that many Chinese are appalled at this trickery and I can agree completely with them.
    Lin Miaoke is absolutely charming and I can only wonder which party officials have no common sense as well as decency in replacing her on stage with a ringer.
