    Thanks for your observation, Victor. Peple are loose on their jobs in our country because nobody monitors anybody in govt or parastatory companies and there is no firing. If people were fired after being engaged in corrupt practices they would learn to nurture their jobs. There is just too much security on jobs even for nonperformers, Vic.
