Kazakhstan: Astana to be Renamed Nursultan?

KZBlog reports on a proposal by a Kazakhstan Parliament deputy to rename the capital city to Nursultan in honor of the President, Nursultan Nazarbayev. The latter eventually said he is against such renaming.
