Ukraine: ParkLikeIdiot.com.ua

If anyone, for some reason, needs a sign saying this in Ukrainian – “Attention! I park like an idiot, stay away from me!” – you can download it here. Created by Ukrainian LJ user entertainer_ (UKR), the sign is part of the effort “to get rid of” the people who don't know how to park. The Russian-language site – with a photo gallery – is here.
