China: Release Hujia

Zhai Ming Lei from 1bao wrote a long piece on his acquaintance with Hujia, a human rights blogger arrested a week ago. He urged the government to release Hu because the arrest and the torture of another lawyers will outrage ordinary people (zh).

  • I just posted a great cartoon about China and human rights on my blog. Interesting that so many Americans now are paying $20 or more to see plastinated bodies from China, never for a second realizing how this links up to China’s awful human rights record…
