Dubai Real Estate Company Invests in Rwanda

  • i think its a very good move for dubai to invest in Rwanda, they have very good architects from dubai.

  • The international community seems to be very hot on Rwanda right now. I think this may be yet another sign that they have put the genocide behind them.
