Blogger Kikko writes about the Terabutadon (テラ豚丼) incident in which two employees of Yoshinoya, Japan's largest beef bowl restaurant chain, shot a video of themselves piling pork over a rice bowl to create a giant “butadon”. The video became a sensation and the two employees were fired (for reasons not specified). Kikko writes that [ja] the restaurant chain is acting like a bunch of idiots who can't even understand the prank of a couple kids, and says that if she were the head of Yoshinoya she would add terabutadon to the menu.

Yes, seems companies always try to play safe. I think they worry that if they encourage one such employee created video then soon more will follow.
I think the company worries that if they encourage one video then more will follow and not all of them would have positive implication.
