Turkmenistan: Railways Construction Plan Announced

Maciula reports about launching the construction of the Uzen-Gyzylgaya-Bereket-Etrek-Gorgan transnational railway, which will link Iran, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and probably also Russia.
