باعتقادي أن جميع وزارات الدولة ومؤسساتها لديها مواقع الكترونية “ويب سايتس” رسمية وخاصة بها, بالإضافة لخادم الرسائل “أكسجينج سيرفر” والمختص باصدار بريد الكتروني “إيميل” لكل مستخدم, أو على الأقل للمدراء والمراقبين, وهناك ميزانية مخصصة لهذا الشيء, وكم هائل من “الشحوط وهي جمع شحط”, والذين تقع عليهم مسؤلية هذا العمل وهم الذين يطلق عليهم لقب “بي سي سابورت ستاف”, ومن المفترض بأن أي مراسلات “رسمية” مع الوزارات أن تكون أيضا “بصفة رسمية” وعبر “قنوات رسمية”, فما الذي حصل؟
I believe that all government ministries and agencies have official websites, in addition to an email exchange server, which should provide email addresses for every user, or at least for managers and superintendents. There is a budget for this and a large number of PC support staff are responsible for this. It is expected that all ‘official’ correspondence from ministries should be conducted in an “official manner”, using “official avenues”, but what is really happening?

جميل جدا … ولكن ألم يكن من الأفضل لعلماء وزارة طف الليت شب الليت, أن ينشئوا بريدا الكترونيا رسميا, بدل إنشاء بريد مجاني من موقع الياهو ؟
هل هو نوع من الترشيد “للإكسجينج سيرفر” بالوزارة؟
This is all great.. but wouldn't it have been better for the scientists at the ministry of switch on the light and turn off the light to set up an official email instead of a free one on Yahoo? Is it part of the ministry's efforts at conservation for its exchange server?
