  • I yearn for some logical analysis about Cuba on Global Voices Online that focuses on substantive issues. So I’ll play the game. Today’s burning question is whether or not Chavez threw a fit or took in stride the results of the Venezuela’s reforms referendum. I don’t know and I don’t think it is significant. But, if your readers would like to see a statement by Venezuela’s ambassador to the US concerning Chavez’ reaction to the referendum results and loaded with expert political analysis, pay me a visit at:
