Environment: Biowatch in SA ordered to pay monsanto's legal fees

Dax feels embarrassed by the country South Africa, following a court ruling involving Biowatch, Monsanto and the Dept. of Agriculture. “…We need organisations like Biowatch to take issues to court when necessary. We don’t want them to be afraid to do that in case they end up having to pay the legal fees of some huge corporation. Monsanto and the Dept. of Agriculture should have been made to pay Biowatch for all the time (years) they had to put into getting the information which should have been freely available.
I have tears of rage and frustration in my eyes. What an embarrassment.”

Dax se siente desconcertada por el país de South Africa,después de fallo del tribunal que implica Biowatch,Monsanto y el Dpto. de Agricultura.”..Necesitamos organizaciones como Biowatch para tomar acciones legales cuando sea necesario.Nosotros no queremos que tengan miedo de hacerlo en caso de que terminen teniendo que pagar los honorarios de abogados de alguna gran corporación.Monsanto y el Dpto. de Agricultura deberían haber recibido un pago por todos los años que tuvieron que pasar archivando la información que debería haber estado gratuitamente disponible.Tengo lagrimas de frustración y resentimiento en mis ojos.Qué verguenza.”
