“You know that feeling when you’re waiting at a bus stop and you just wish you had something to read?”, The Spectacled Bear discovers the Books at Bus Stops [1] project in Brasília, capital of Brazil. It is a very simple idea: a stall at the bus stops where anyone can borrow books, in a country where municipal libraries are rare and books are an expensive luxury.
