TOL Georgia reports that Badri Patarkatsishvili has officially joined the Georgian opposition. As promised, the influential businessman handed over his shares in Imedia to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation and is said to favor evolution over revolution. TOL Georgia concludes that new blood and, more importantly, money, is necessary for the Georgian opposition.

A little correction:
its “evolution and not revolution” and its not Patarkatsishvili who is getting carried away, but the current Georgian authorities.
I had actually changed all of that a few minutes after posting when re-reading the post. Unfortunately, I didn’t want to change the URL because of trackbacks.
Incidentally, congratulations on the TOL Georgia blog. I’ve been looking forward to something like this for a long time and am glad to see it going well.
