Japan: Fingerprinting to Prevent al-Qaida's Friend of Friend

Justice Minister Kunio Hatoyama explained the need of getting foreigners’ fingerprint was to prevent al-Qaida's “friend of friend” from sneaking into the country with false passports and disguises.
