The proposed border line by Honduras is an outcry of a nation that has no scruples in the face of sovereing nations around them. There’s no conceivable notion that all the cays involved in the dispute are in Honduran territory, even if the border line goes Horizontal from Cabio Gracias a Dios, it’s still in Nicaraguan Territory. The Honduran/Guatemala international water borders does not go in a Horizontal 90degree angle, it goes on a 60 degree angle. All we can do is Bless them.
