In Pakistan the menace of Load Shedding/Power shedding is really a Power Failure that the entire third world could be sharing.The most important energy source of the nation is hurt when students and thier computers go into dark and sometimes right at 11 0 clock in school district . I can blame the govrnments as stealing money from gasoline by keeping public shut out from electricity. how do youblame them?
