* Mateo's on Parliament Avenue (rumored to exist; rumored to be free)
* Crocodile in Kisementi (5000 shillings buys a card that sometimes gets you an hour, sometimes unlimited)

Can you recommend places where a person can get on-line in Kampala, Uganda. My friend would expect to pay, is computer literate, but is not travelling with a computer.
