  Bono upsets me. I am amazed that he is taken seriously, especially after reading comments of his as reported from TED by Ethan Zuckerman and Mwenye Macho. There is an important debate to be had about how we can address poverty in the context of international relations. But his inaccurate and ahistorical comments, often about the experience of Ireland, debase the debate.
