Ana Elizabeth von Bergen Barber is angry at the treatment of stray dogs in the city of Warnes in the department of Santa Cruz and dedicates a post in her blog A Little Bit of Anna [ES] She is especially angry at dogowners that neglect their responsibilities and allow their pets to roam the streets freely. She is also especially angry with the authorities that shoot the dogs as a way to curb the problem.
