Singapore's widely used electronic payment vendor has decided to raise the service charge. Mr. Brown is not too pleased with the decision. “But I'm still going to go back to cash [1]. Cash is better anyway. You spend less, you are more aware of the money you have in your wallet (doncha just hate breaking a $50 note?) and you are less prone to impulse buys.”
