Kenya: free wi-fi in Nairobi

Kenyan Pundit announces free wi-fi in Nairobi, Kenya: “Apparently KDN is offering free wi-fi in Nairobi (think it’s a promotion for their Butterfly product). It’s supposed to last through the end of the month. If you have a wi-fi enabled laptop, PDA etc. just search for the essid butterfly and connect. They are supposed to have around 100 access points in Nairobi.”

    Hi guys,
I am told Kenya Data Networks has partnered with Nandos (mobile on the run) to provide FREE internet access via WIFI on all their eateries. 9 in total around Nairobi.
    A worthwhile check.

How do I connect to Mobil on the Run? do I need to configure anything? I can see it on my networks with 2 sticks strength but when I try to connect it fails to.
I can also see butterfly but rarely. KDN told me that Nairobi Dam area has no butterfly network. I wonder when they will ever put it. Will they? A whole shopping center, estate, Uchumi Hyper, carnivore, splash etc. no butterfly. Most people this areas have laptops but its a pity no butterfly. KDN is where?
