In a 86-page report entitled, Last Hope: The Need for Durable Solutions for Bhutanese Refugees in Nepal and India, the New York-based Human Rights Watch chronicles the plight of the Bhutanese refugees languishuing in the camps in eastern Nepal for more than 15 years. “
