Longtime Bolivian bloggers Miguel Centellas (*Pronto) and Miguel Buitrago (MABB) have been reading and commenting on one another's blogs for close to four years, and on a recent trip by Buitrago the U.S. they finally met. “We’re having a bit of a Bolivian blog convention here in Carlisle.
