Hong Kong: Obscene hyperlink

Charles Mok blogs about a recent court case in Hong Kong that a hyperlink to porn website has been ruled as Obscene and is subject to a HKD5000 fine.

    Hong Kong is really backward on understanding ICT. Rather than moving forward, I think we have moved backward and more conservative since the handover. We need to do more work on this.
