Ahead of the December presidential race in Korea, Park Geun-hye threatens boycott of GNP primary election and proposes giving 1,000 votes to Lee Myung-bak in exchange for maintaining the original agreement on keeping primary rules intact. A blogger calls it a ‘cheap negotiation’ (ko).
