Nigeria: Umar Musa Yar’ Adua wins presidency

The World According to Adaure breaking news: “Nigerians now have a new president in the person of Umar Musa Yar’ Adua. He garnered over 24 million votes in the April 21st presidential election. Mohammed Buhari came in second with 6 million votes, while Atiku Abubakar got over 2.6 million votes…The final results of the presidential poll were announced by INEC Chairman, Professor MAURICE IWU who is also the Chief Returning Officer.”
