Bahrain: Radioactive Material Dump

Bahraini blogger emoodz goes through local newspapers with a fine comb, to come up with this gem. “Why exactly is this treated as a tiny little article on the third page? Why are people still ignorant about the fact that we do have radioactive material right here in Bahrain? and that its not new, but goes some 40 years back? Unlabeled and are of an unknown origin!…My mind still refuses to get the idea that we live in an island that was once used as a dump for radioactive material,” he says.
