    Dear all,
    How are you ? I am o.k.
Only question to be asked,’is 2% of GDP as a budget deficit, a big deal?.’ Perhaps, and generally, no. The preventive measures for any further aggravation of problem are enough to keep happy time to persist.
    Thanking you.
    Yours friendly,
    Chetan K. Joshi
