Palestinian-Jordanian blogger Haitham Sabbah tells us about the plight of a Palestinian refugee who is looking for a lawyer/s to help her “present a case, or cases, against the State of Israel and private individuals and organizations, for damages, because of human rights abuses and many other crimes perpetrated against me by persons of Israeli and American citizenship under the protection and with the encouragement of the State of Israel.”
He appeals to his readers to spread the word.

  • Be warned that when you click to Sabbah’s blog, you will see an image of dead and blood covered people.

Don’t click on the “play” button because then you will see more terrible images, even worst than the first one.

  • Sabbah,
An American/Israeli, I have followed your work with interest and admiration.I respect the efforts of Palestinians who seek resolution by peaceful petition in the courts.
Unfortunately, there is no justice nor recognition of human rights in Israel. My 35 appearances in court since 1992 bear grim witness to that. As a subscriber to PCHR newsletters,I read that Arabs have experiences similar to us Jews.
We are Semitic brothers in suffering, at least at the court level.
None of us has a chance in Israeli Courts. Currently, I seek justice in the European Human Rights Court without political posturing. Simply as a human being I approach them.
With Jews and Muslims working together, I think we can improve our chances. I will contact you next week.
