Trinidad & Tobago: Farewell, Basdeo Panday

The Manicou says an offhand good-bye to Basdeo Panday, former Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition of Trinidad & Tobago, who vacated his seat in parliament after being convicted of fraud.
