Nepal: Langtang National Park and the Maoists

I’d seen there banners, received orders not to go to certain destinations under Maoist fiat, and been banned from buying a pressure rice cooker under suspicion that I’d build a bomb on Army fiat, but never had a face-to-face encounter.”
