  In addition to US State Department’s investigation, as well as Wu’s own, there are many other contrarian facts that speak against Falun Gong’s “Auschwitz” accusation made in anticipation of Chinese leader’s stateside visit:

  (all citations are in my blog)

  – US Congressional subcommittee on Africa, Global HR & IO also investigated and found the Sujiatun allegation not credible;

  – Other media investigation had come up empty. Specifically Takunpao, a Hong Kong newspaper with circulation in North America.

  – Malaysian government have documented visit of the alleged camp site in previous years. The stroke hospital Falun Gong fingered is actually a joint venture with a company affaliated with the Malaysian government. The facility has been open to public for years.

  – Even Falun Gong’s own publication contradicted the March allegation. Appearantly Epoch Times misrepresented these gory photos in order to elicit emotional response.

  Some are autopsy photos proving Chinese government held murder investigation. Such as the photo of Mr. Wang Bin with elaborate incisions around the neck area – there’s no neck organ suitable for transplantation, and the incisions were to reveal the hyoid bone for evidence of strangulation.

  Another example is Liu Yufeng. In 2005 the original story made no mention of organ harvesting at all.

  Something to consider..

  In regards to the culture and thought of modern Chinese people, they don’t usually make up fabrications about the Chinese Communist Party. If they do ( critize, disagree, or accuse)they will be punished severely. Since the conception of the Chinese Communist party, they have ruled with fabrication and violence. They lie to deceive and kill or threaten to kill to create fear and obedience. This is the culture they have created.

  Chinese people will avoid confrontation at all costs.

  Any type of accusation or complaint the CHinese people publicly make- will be made knowing they could face life threatening punishments. Who would accuse the Chinese Communist Party so frivolously?

  If China is innocent why will they not give Visa’s to the to investigators? Why did the U.S. investigators have to wait two weeks to see the hospital, and why did they have a government official tour them through the hospital keeping careful track of what they could see?

  I’d like to point out to globalvoice readers that “nine commentaries” is Falun Gong political propaganda. Almost no one promotes this besides Falun Gong disciples.

  C Panke’s comment contains number of inaccuracies:

  – US investigators didn’t wait two weeks. State Department and Arfrica, Global HR & IO subcommittee statared their investigation as early as 3/14 and ended with the 3/21 consular visit.

  – Harry Wu’s investigation started 3/12, 3 days after the news broke.

  It is science fiction that thousands of detainees, doctors, nurses, hospital facilities, rations, supplies, can vanish without being detected in 3 days.

  – Kilgour and Matas made demands in their application for visa. I doubt US government would tolerate Chinese nationals demanding unfettered access to US prison system while applying for visa to US to investigation African American death under police custidy.

  IMHO such propaganda is good illusation of Falun Gong disciple’s mindset, and Falun Gong’s political agenda.

  Without concrete and substantiated evidence, such reports are not credible. Also, the description of “underground concentration camp” is in conflict with what Peter and Annie said. I spent 19 years as a political prisoner in China’s forced labor camps and have experienced many transfers. No transfer occurred like the one described.

  III. Conclusion

  1) No concrete or substantiated evidence, such as documents or photos, have been provided to support the witness’ statements.

  2) Both Annie and Peter, who are now in the US, refuse to reveal their real names despite that fact that they no longer reside in China. This makes it difficult for the international community to corroborate their testimonies and makes their statements less strong. Since they claim to have knowledge about thousands of people whose lives may be in danger it is essential that they be more open about who they are and what they know.

  3) The claim that Falun Gong practitioners’ live organs are being harvested is diverting attention from real, substantiated facts. China has been harvesting organs from executed prisoners for more than 20 years and this has been proven. This is an issue that the Falun Gong never mentions, and its allegations about live harvesting or reverse-organ donations remain unconfirmed.

  4) The Chinese Communist Government is an evil regime that commits many atrocities including the persecution of the Falun Gong. However, the logic does follow that because the government has outlawed the spiritual group it has created Sujiatun and other concentration camps to kill and harvest the organs of live Falun Gong practitioners. Without proof this is not logical reasoning.

  5) Those who doubt the existence of Sujiatun, including myself, should not be criticized as ¡°obstacles to the investigation¡± or be accused of “cooperating with Beijing”.

  6) Today, there is not much national or international attention to the Sujiatun issue. This does not imply that the international community does not value human rights. Nor does it mean that the world has been pressured by Beijing to remain silent, or that is has taken the side of the Communist regime. When I received Falun Gong’s report, I personally arranged for Sujiatun to be investigated right away, include the hospital, Kangjiasan Prison and Jiutai Laojiao Camp. Officers and staff from the US embassy in Beijing and the US Consulate in Shenyang visited the Sujiatun site two times. Overseas media also sent reporters to investigate the case. These actions show that people treated the Sujiatun issue very seriously. However, the Falun Gong claims that “Sujiatun Auschwitz” exists have yet to substantiate and appear to be nothing more than political propaganda.

  Bob do you understand the serious allegations put forth in the Kilgour-Matas report on organ harvesting targeting Falun Gong practitioners across China. ( http://investigation.go.saveinter.net ) The Chinese embassy has formulated a set of contradidtions similar to that one of Charles’ which I completely disagree with–most of it is unfounded and a direct attack on the authors of the report and the Falun Gong.

  The free world is still waiting for China to give an explanation for the 41,500 organ transplants unaccounted for (in the report). That is telling. Have the many Falun Gong practitioners who have disappeared in China become unwilling organ donors? The answer is yes.

  I find it unfortunate that Mr. Harry Wu’s investigation in the North of China proved to be fruitless and that in turn his report is being used to discredit the Kilgour-Matas findings. Maybe his team should have gone there before March 9 when the story first broke in the Epoch Times. News reports confirm that after March 9th, the hospital site was cleaned up swiftly to hide all evidence and only later on the Communist Party officials invited the free world to come and investigate. But oddly enough the regime has refused to grant visas to anyone who asked to investigate further. Meanwhile the US State Dept. was taken through a show tour–the regime being with them every step of the way but they have kept the file opened and are still interested in the case.

  It’s worth mentioning that the Kilgour-Matas investigation team examined 18 pieces of evidence to draw their conclusions and that the hospital visited by the US State Dept. and Mr. Wu only accounts for a small portion of the report. Many hospitals were investigated, not just that one–so 99% of the report is not about that hospital. Moreover hospital staff openly admitted to the organ source being from the Falun Gong in 15 instances and these digital recordings have been well validated. Matas calls this practice a new from of evil on the planet.

  The K-M report has been well received in their travels to Brusells, Berlin, London, Washington DC with the Australian government requesting the Chinese embassy for an independent investigation to be allowed. Kilgour has met with rights organizations which are already paying close attention to this issue as is the UN.

  It is high time that Communist China be made accountable for their crimes against humanity and for the free world to reassess their take on China. And thanks to the Nine Commentaries and the effort of the rights defense movement and free China movement over 13 million people have quit the party (CCP). As I recall China was given the 2008 Olympics on the premise that their human rights record improve. In my eyes the well documented persecution of Falun Gong is enough to disqualify them instantly along with the reports of large scale organ harvesting which would make their record stoop to a new low.

  Dear GV:

  In my humble opinion Chinese government’s wrongs in no way exhonorate Falun Gong’s political propaganda.

  FLG’s fabrication and twist of facts not only discredited their own cause, they also muddled the field for serious examination of China’s human rights issues, such as Chinese society’s moral, ethical standards in dignity and treatment of death row inmates.

  Promotion of such outrageous claims made in anticipation of Chinese leader’s April stateside visit (and now spun into propaganda for boycott of 2008 Olympics) have also detracted from those who turely are concerned about China’s progress and 1.3 billion people’s well being.

  It is in this spirit I object to the Kilgour report.

  First of all let me say that China won the Olypics on the premise that their human rights record would improve. As we all know since the persecution of Falun Gong 7 years ago and considering that they are being killed for their organs http://investigation.go.saveinter.net is not in keeping with the Olympic spirit of harmonious society and promoting harmony of the laws of heaven and earth. The Communist party has vowed to eliminate Falun Gong before the Olympic Games — what more needs to be said. And for anyone else that has helped this persecution, they should seriously think about divorcing themselves from this evil.

If they have nothing to hide then why are they rejecting visa applications to people interested in going? This new form of evil on the planet must be stopped.

  The fact Epoch Times is Falun Gong’s “propaganda department” can be substantiated by the money trail that goes from the leadership of Falun Gong organizations to Epoch times.

  Compare this appearant lack of independence and sujectivity suggested by its aganda – with truely independent, objective research and investigations by the likes of long time Chinese dissident and US government agencies.   The name of the brief is “The Collateral of Suppression”, a report critical of China written for Senator Dianne Feinstein, member of US Congressional Executive Committee on China.

  Allow me to cite another relevant portion:

  Fernstein is so pro-commie, with investments in China, so it’s not surprising that she would react this way and the same for Lum. Only a handful of people do not agree with the conclusions of Kilgour-Matas preliminary investigative report. I read the Kilgour-Matas report where they examined 18 pieces of evidence and their conclusions that organ harvesting targeting the Falun Gong are very credible. Apparently the witnesses refused to meet with Harry but have met with Ethan Gutmann, Jay Nordlinger and Bill Gertz and maybe others. That is telling.

  Why does Beijing want this report discredited? Beijing admitted to harvesting a few organs from a few death row prisoners last December and this is the image they want to maintain. They are not about to confess to targeting Falun Gong and by so doing admitting their genocidal campaign…there lies the gap. It is the largest free chinese paper in the world right now. Already it’s a champion in human rights. It’s amazing to see how a little paper can be so annoying to the commies. They just love to hate it.

  I think this is a good sign — it’s a sign that this paper is printing true reports about China otherwise why would they be bother going on all the blogs to discredit it and there is more…
